RETURN POLICY

Katie Crewe is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!

PRODUCTS

  1. Email support@katiecrewe.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
  2. We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange ONLY within 14 days of receiving your package. Credit will be issued for merchandise only, and not shipping costs related to original order. Any items paid with store credit will only be exchanged ONCE.
  3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve.
  4. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from delivery address. Once DELIVERED is shown on the shipping carrier website the fate of the parcel is in the recipients’ hands.
  5. To cancel an order, please contact support@katiecrewe.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will issue a store credit as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
  6. All refund receipts will receive an email confirmation for their records. 

PROGRAMS

  1. Once access is available to view online workout content, refunds will not be granted, policy strictly enforced.
  2. If you purchased a program/subscription in error, please email support@katiecrewe.com immediately and a store credit will be issued.
